Our process

01/04 Consultation brief
We meet with you, and get a general idea of what you’re looking for in terms of volumes, pricing and timelines. We explore what your brand represents and ask detailed questions to grasp your vision.

02/04 Ideation
We apply tried and tested design thinking practices to plan out all possible creative directions. We consider all the variables including cost, quantity, materials, the market, brand strategy and end user. and then we present you with a range of ideas, using mood boards, reference images, and conceptual sketches to visualize the possibilities. We don’t stop until you’re thrilled.

03/04 Conceptual design
We review concepts together; further discussing materials, finishes, substrates and artwork. We talk you through the various options, helping you choose the best option. We then take your feedback and develop a 3D rendered presentation of a substantial design. You give us your input, and we revise the concept if needed.

04/04 Finalise design
You approve the design. We present you with a detailed cost estimate as well as timelines. We then move onto building the prototype so you can see and touch the package in real life.
