Here’s a ‘throwback’ to some of our packaging solutions utilising rigid board. Versatile and light, this material proves ideal for packaging across numerous product categories and, with sustainability now a key focus for luxury brands, it is easily elevated into the luxury segment.


For Estee Lauder – the Donna Karan Cashmere Collection – IPL Packaging created a compact rigid board box complete with acetate window, designed to house their popular 3-pack rollerball fragrances. The pack unfolds into a unique easel-display format with an easy to use press-vac tray. With IPL having created 3 additional packs since the initial order, the design and execution of this packaging has proven a winning formula. 


For Glenmorangie 19YO IPL created a rigid board box solution covered metallic-look textured paper wrap that reflected the rare elegance of this fine spirit. The box features a protruding closure mechanism with foil stamped branding ad a solid double-wall structure complete with vac-form inner fitments.

For the extensive collection of premium single malt Balblair whiskies, we created a bright, eye-catching range of double-door rigid board boxes with ribbon-pull tags. Simple but beautiful, each box was topped with an elegant UV varnish.
